Hi, I’m Jamie! Let’s get running.
I am a Philadelphia native, I worked as an elementary school teacher for ten years while also completing my Masters Degree in Education. I am married and a proud mother of a beautiful baby girl. I love spending time with my family. I love traveling, with a special spot for road trips. Some of my favorite places include Olympic National Park, Mount Rainier, Antelope Canyon, Paris, and San Sebastian. When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2015, I became passionate and aware of how diets affect people differently- one certain diet doesn’t work for everyone. 2008 was the beginning of my running journey. I didn’t know it then, but it was to become one of the biggest passions of my life. Since then I have participated in over 100 races including 4 marathons, 8 half marathons. As an educator, I learned no child’s journey is exactly the same and I apply that lesson to coaching athletes.
As your coach, I will create a welcoming, genuine, and judgement free experience. I will bring my determination to see you succeed through each interaction I will hold myself and you accountable to create meaningful and achievable goals and be your biggest cheerleader, and that is a promise.
“I started working with Jamie about 6 months into my running journey. I set my goals as wanting to run a 10 minute mile and be able to run a 10k distance. By end of November I met my first goal of running a 10min mile and am comfortable running 4-4.5 miles per run. Jamie's program was very individualized. Jamie treats her clients in a way that makes you feel like an athlete, regardless of where you are in your running journey. Her love for the sport of running and natural ability to teach make her an incredible coach. 5 stars, highly recommend Jamie for runners of all levels!”

“There’s tons of information online about running - sure. What sets Jamie’s program apart is the 1-on-1 connection and her dedication to clients’ success. She personalizes each plan and is genuinely invested in finding what will work for you! After taking years off from running, I was skeptical about getting back into it. Jamie gave me the tools, information, and motivation I needed to pursue a 5K. She really listened to my concerns, and I felt completely comfortable asking questions. I’d recommend her services to anyone interested in running. She’s that good!”
